Nathalie Meloche is a projects manager for RETScreen International at Natural Resources Canada’s CanmetENERGY centre in Varennes. She was responsible for managing the preparation of RETScreen Software Suite (Version 4 & Plus) and was lead author for the biomass heating model in the first release of RETScreen (Version 98). She is currently managing the preparation of the new RETScreen Expert software. She specializes in clean energy software development and has been working in the renewable energy and energy efficiency fields for the past 20 years. Nathalie obtained a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in chemical engineering at the Ottawa University.
Kevin Bourque, Project Engineer

Kevin Bourque is a project engineer for RETScreen International at Natural Resources Canada’s CanmetENERGY centre in Varennes. He was a key member of the RETScreen Software Suite (Version 4 & Plus) development team. Kevin specializes in RETScreen software development, technical support and training. Prior to joining NRCan, he worked as a wind energy consultant specializing in the assessment, computer modeling and performance analysis of wind energy systems. He has been working in the energy field for the past 13 years. Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mining Engineering) from McGill University.
